Greytalk: “Satire in International Relations: The Legacy of Derso & Kelen, 1922-1950”

1 February @ 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM UTC+1

Greycells is delighted to invite you to a special Greytalk organized in collaboration with the Swiss Press Club. This event will feature the compelling theme: “Satire in International Relations: The Legacy of Derso & Kelen, 1922-1950”.

We are honored to have Stefan Slater and David Macfadyen, authors of the book “The Political Cartoons of Derso and Kelen: Years of Hope and Despair”, as our keynote speakers. The discussion will be expertly moderated by Isabelle Falconnier, the Director of the Swiss Press Club.
In a unique opportunity, the authors will be available to sell and sign copies of their insightful book. This is a perfect occasion for attendees to acquire a personal memento of the event and to engage directly with the authors.

This engaging Greytalk will be conducted in a hybrid format, offering the flexibility of attending in person at the Château de Penthes (Chemin de l’Impératrice 18, 1292 Pregny-Chambésy) or virtually via Zoom. Following the talk, we invite you to join us for a reception, where you can mingle and discuss the insights shared during the event.
