HYBRID MEETING: The 27th General Assembly of the Conference of NGOs in Consultative Relationship with the United Nations will be convened in hybrid mode–in person physical gathering and virtual platform.
IN-PERSON VENUE: A limited number of 40 persons will be allowed every day at the Second Floor of the Church Center for the United Nations. DO NOT COME TO THE CHURCH CENTER UNLESS YOU RECEIVED AN EMAIL CLEARING YOUR PHYSICAL PARTICIPATION. Please note that all participants, including those cleared to come to the physical venue, will be connected online, especially for voting purposes.
ONLINE PLATFORMS: An Eventbrite invitation will be sent to all valid registrants to the assembly. When we receive your response to the Eventbrite invitation you will then receive a Zoom link to participate in the assembly. Eventbrite and Zoom invitations are based on your response to this pre-registration link. Only voting delegates (one person/one email/one organization) will be sent an election voting access code from the online voting platform called ElectionBuddy. The working group preparing the modalities of the elections process is led by CoNGO full member OSMTH.

HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION
The General Assembly is largely an online meeting, including those who are attending in-person at the limited-space at the Church Center for the United Nations in New York City. Only those who have been notified that IN PERSON ATTENDANCE has been cleared will be allowed at the physical venue due to COVID-19 health and safety protocols in place. CoNGO will abide by New York State, New York City and CCUN regulations. See: Guidelines for Reopening New York.
At the physical venue, only those showing proof of full vaccination will be allowed inside the premises of the Second Floor Conference Room of the Church Center for the United Nations. Organizers do not have QR reading gadgets. Please be prepared to show proof of vaccination showing your name, vaccine taken, when taken, and how many doses.
Social distancing and use of mask will be enforced at all times at the venue. Hand sanitizers will be available at the venue.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
SPACE IS CAPACITY-CONTROLLED. Travel to the physical venue of the General Assembly is limited to those who have been confirmed for physical participation. Please do not come to the venue unless cleared by the CoNGO Secretariat. The space is capacity-controlled.
VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION is encouraged.
