As a follow-up to the recent exchange with Mr. Guy Ryder, Under-Secretary-General for Policy, we are pleased to invite you to a briefing by Ms. Michèle Griffin, Director of the Summit of the Future / Common Agenda Team in the Executive Office of the Secretary-General.
In anticipation of the circulation of the zero draft of the Pact for the Future, Ms. Griffin will provide an update on the preparatory process towards the Summit of the Future, including the main negotiations on the Pact and the plans for the Declaration on Future Generations and the Global Digital Compact.
The meeting will take place on Thursday, 25 January 2024 from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Room XXIV at the Palais des Nations. This briefing will be held in person, in English only, with no interpretation. We invite you to register your participation on Indico on this link:

Suite au récent échange avec M. Guy Ryder, Secrétaire général adjoint chargé des politiques, nous avons le plaisir de vous inviter à une réunion d’information avec Mme Michèle Griffin, Directrice de l’équipe Sommet de l’Avenir / Agenda Commun au Cabinet du Secrétaire général.
En amont de la diffusion de l’avant-projet du Pacte pour l’Avenir, Mme Griffin fera le point sur le processus préparatoire du Sommet de l’avenir, y compris les principales négociations sur le Pacte pour l’avenir et les projets relatifs à la Déclaration sur les Générations Futures et au Pacte Numérique Mondial.
