11:59 a.m. – UN Peace Bell is rung

12:00 p.m. – Global minute of silence

12:01 p.m. – Rev. Dionne offers opening remarks (Denise Scotto, Paul Luffenegger) She offers brief prayer & sets up the Tillman Chapel photo montage.

12:05 p.m. – Tillman Chapel Photo Montage begins (*one of Paul’s videos’ can be playing softly underneath video)

12:15p.m. – Rev. Dionne introduces Dr. Azza Karam, Secretary General of Religions for Peace.  Dr. Karam offers reflection and prayer.

12:30p.m. – Rev. Dionne introduces Hiro Sakurai, President of the Committee on Religious Non-Governmental Organizations (CRNGO).  Hiro offers reflection and prayer.

12:45p.m. – Rev. Dionne introduces Denise Scotto, Chair of the International Day of Yoga Committee at the U.N.  Denise will introduce our friends and set up for the 1:00p.m. hour of programming so that they can begin directly after the minute of silence ends.

12:55p.m. – Minute of silence (Master Kim from Chicago)

1:01p.m. – Denise Scotto will begin with opening quotes and prayers from Sri Chinmoy, Rabbi Gelberman, Thich Nhat Hanh, then, she will introduce Rev. Qalvy Grainzvolt from Shinnyo-En USA;

Denise will then read messages from IDY Committee core team including from Her Holiness Amma Sri Karunami;

Denise will introduce Paul Luftenegger to offer some remarks about his CD–Seeds of Peace;

Denise will introduce Sabita Greer from the Brama Kumari’s UN office to provide the Closing Meditation.

1:35p.m. – Back to Chicago (Flag Ceremony)

1:59 p.m. – Guru Dileepji Kumar will blow the conch shell

2:00p.m. – Moment of silence

2:01 p.m. – Tillman Chapel Photo Montage & UN Multifaith Council video about the work of religious organizations at the UN (provided courtesy of Bani)

2:15p.m. – Guru Dileepji will share reflection/prayer (*possibly close w/blowing of the conch shell again)

2:30p.m. – Rev. Dionne will introduce Rev. Liberato C. Bautista, President of CoNGO—The Conference of Non-Governmental Organizations in Consultative Relationship with the United Nations. Levi will offer reflection & prayer.

2:45p.m. – Denise Scotto will formally introduce Paul Luffenegger, Paul will share briefly, and we will end with his final video.

3:00p.m. – Final moment of silence in solidarity with Chicago

3:01 – 3:05 p.m. – Denise Scotto will offer her final remarks, thanks, etc., Rev. Dionne offers final remarks, thanksgivings (Monica Willard, etc.) and close with sending prayer.
