NGO Committee on Freedom of Religion or Belief June Meeting

We are pleased to invite you to a virtual meeting of the NGO Committee on Freedom of Religion or Belief, to be held via Zoom on Thursday, June 13, 2024, 10:00-11:30 am EDT. We are delighted to hear from Dr. Susan Kerr, Senior Advisor on Freedom of Religion or Belief at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights in Warsaw, Poland.
Dr. Kerr is both a brilliant and a wonderful person with extensive experience in the area of human rights. Prior to working at ODIHR, Dr. Kerr engaged in consultancy work, including for the FoRB Learning Platform. She also led the office of CSW, a human rights organization that specializes in freedom of religion or belief, served on the Board of Coordinators of the European Platform against Religious Intolerance and Discrimination (EPRID), and worked in different roles within the European Parliament. She is a senior research fellow at the Religious Freedom and Business FOundation and a member of the Board of Mentors fo Polylogos Association. Dr. Kerr holds a PhD in peace studies from the University of Bradford, and post-graduate degrees in business administration from Durham University, international politics from the Free University of Brussels, and in modern European languages and European Union studies from the University of Edinburgh.
